Description About the Opportunity We are seeking applications f rom talented and passionate hospitality professionals at all levels to join our team for ongoing permanent positions at our villages in the Bowen Basin, Blackwater or NSW regions, commencing throughout the coming months. Positions available include General Assistants (Kitchen, Housekeeping, Bar / Retail Attendants etc.) Guest Services Assistants, Facilities Attendants as well as supervisory roles in each of these areas. The villages we are hiring for are located throughout the Bowen Basin in Coppabella, Dysart, Moranbah, Middlemount and Nebo. We have also recently expanded into Blackwater, operating two villages in the town. If you are based in Brisbane or Northern NSW, we also have two villages in Boggabri and Narrabri with DIDO positions available. Ideally, you will have prior experience in remote work but if not, you are very welcome to apply. We will be asking you to demonstrate that you are resilient, adaptable and seek out community and support networks to enable you to thrive in isolated conditions. What’s in it for you? Salaries start at $67,035, with super paid on all hours worked. Salary increases on offer based on level of position and/or experience Retention bonus of $7K annually, paid quarterly – be rewarded for staying with us in the long term! Nightshift loadings where required to work night rosters Access to discounts across hundreds of retailers with our Civeo Hive program Fortnightly pays with equalized hours – no big pay/small pay cycle! 2 weeks on and 1 week off roster with all accommodation, buffet meals, and all other necessities supplies. Access to onsite facilities such as gym, pool, tennis court etc. (facilities vary depending on village) Essential requirements: Willing & able to supply a National Police Clearance obtained in last 6 months Valid Drivers license – Manual C class preferred but others considered Ability to commit to ongoing 2:1 roster, involving 2 weeks living and working on site, one week R&R. Note: Some roles offer a 5:2 roster for residents of Dysart, Nebo, Middlemount and Moranbah. Able to travel via Drive In / Drive out to the Bowen Basin or via our free chartered buses from Mackay Able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening Flexible to work both day or night shifts as required for your role Willing to complete required company and site inductions Current legal right to work in Australia, ideally of 12 months of more.
