This is a fixed-term contract of 12 months for maternity cover. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Defect validation with Customer Complaints Investigate and validate reported defects in mobile devices based on customer complaints Perform manual functional tests on phones to confirm the presence and nature of the defect Accurately process product returns in the internal system Maintain up-to-date records of return transactions for tracking purposes Create and manage return orders using Assurant software Adherence to QA SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) Participate in regular training and updates to stay aligned with the latest QA practices Record inspection results and escalate any deviations or non-conformities Promote a quality-first mindset, accountability, and clear communication within the team Participate in regular training sessions to stay aligned with the latest QA practices and tools Contribute to team discussions and initiatives aimed at improving QA processes and customer satisfaction Does this sound like you? Experience in mobile device testing or consumer electronics QA preferred QA experience in warehousing or logistics environment highly desirable Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to follow defined processes and procedures accurately Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Basic proficiency in using computers and inventory management systems Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing for extended periods and handling devices Interested?
