Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources. Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and data visualisations to provide actionable insights. Explore and implement generative AI models for tasks such as synthetic data generation and process automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and recommend data-driven and AI-powered solutions. Build and deploy scalable data pipelines and maintain model performance in production. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations. Requirements: Over 6 years of solid and proven experience as a Data Scientist, supported by a strong portfolio of relevant projects. Proficient in programming languages such as Python and R. Skilled in data manipulation libraries and machine learning frameworks. Extensive exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI models and techniques. Experience working on Databricks (Desirable) Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with database technologies and query languages. Experience working with big data technologies. Familiar with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Matplotlib. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable business outcomes. Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Holds a degree in data science or a related field. Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
