About the role Join our New Ventures division as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer and become the technical cornerstone supporting and evolving our CRM platform across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product teams. You’ll play a key role in modernising and rebuilding core systems, leveraging cutting-edge Microsoft technologies to make a real impact in Australia’s healthcare sector. Working both autonomously and collaboratively with business stakeholders and Scrum teams, you’ll translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, manage technical debt, and ensure the platform grows with the organisation’s strategic goals. This position is ideal for a mid to senior-level developer who values technical excellence, independence, and meaningful work. Key accountability: Design and deliver solutions using C#, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure integrations. Prioritise and manage stakeholder requests, ensuring high-quality, scalable outcomes. Maintain system reliability by diagnosing and resolving issues, performing root cause analysis, and managing releases. Reduce technical debt through documentation, code refactoring, and the introduction of coding standards and automated testing. Drive platform evolution by adopting new D365, Power Platform, and Azure capabilities, improving performance, security, and user experience. Collaborate across teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Product functions, and developing Power BI reports for business insights. Skills and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field. 5–7 years’ hands-on D365 CRM/CE development experience. Strong experience with D365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules. Proficiency in C#, CRM SDK, JavaScript, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Experience with Azure services (Function Apps, App Services, SQL Server, Redis Cache). Skilled in Azure DevOps (CI/CD, source control, work item management). Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
