Join a leading aerospace company as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring outstanding service across order administration, distribution, and sales support. This role is key to building strong relationships, managing customer orders and enquiries, and supporting smooth end-to-end service delivery. Success Factors: Prompt, accurate handling of quotes, orders, and enquiries. Proactive coordination with sales, logistics, and production to meet customer needs. Effective resolution of complaints and invoicing issues. Strong product/process understanding with commitment to ongoing learning. Ability to build trust, support the team, and deliver consistently high service standards.
