Key responsibilities This role focuses on creating exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term engagement with your future employer's solutions. Onboard new customers and guide them through their first 100 days Deliver proactive service calls and personalised training Build strong, trust-based relationships and drive expanded product usage Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, sharing insights to inform strategy Represent your future employer at events and provide feedback to headquarters to improve products and processes. Your skills and experience Customer focus: Previous experience in a customer success, account management, or client engagement role Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with an ability to build rapport easily Proactive: Enjoy reaching out to customers, identifying needs, and providing guidance Tech-savvy: Comfortable learning and explaining complex dental technology Organised: Experience managing CRM systems and structured engagement processes Empathy: Positive, collaborative, and customer-oriented mindset. You will stand out if you have Industry: Background in dental technology, dental practice, or dental laboratory experience Upsell: Experience identifying opportunities to expand product usage and drive adoption.
