About the Role As a Customer Service Representative in our Aftersales Spare Parts team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert support and solutions beyond just spare parts enquiries. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person, with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions. Provide accurate information on spare parts availability, pricing, and lead times. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., service, warehouse, technical) to resolve customer queries that extend beyond parts. Process orders and return claims in line with company policies. Support the Spare Parts Team Lead with administrative and operational tasks as required. Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold high standards of customer service. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a customer service or parts advisory role, preferably in an industrial or automotive environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A team player with a customer-first mindset. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Greentree) and Microsoft Office Suite. Desirable Technical knowledge of mechanical or hydraulic systems. Experience working in aftersales or service support roles.
