About the Role You will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting the full lifecycle of their galvanizing jobs from booking through to completion. This role suits someone who enjoys a fast paced environment, problem solving and building strong customer relationships. This position will be offered as full time with standard working hours being 8am-4:36pm (some early starts may be required). Key responsibilities include: Handling phone, email and counter enquiries professionally and promptly Providing clear information regarding pricing, lead times and plant processes Accurately booking jobs and maintaining customer data in internal systems Preparing delivery dockets, job sheets and associated documentation Supporting scheduling and logistics to ensure jobs meet customer deadlines Liaising with production, yard staff, transport providers and sales teams Keeping customers updated on job progress or delays What We're Looking For Experience in customer service/administration within a trade, industrial, manufacturing or logistics environment Strong communication and customer service skills High attention to detail with accurate data entry capability Able to manage priorities and work well under pressure Competent with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems Why Join Furphy?
