About the Position: Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate M&A Lawyer (4–6 years PAE) to step into a senior-level role and lead complex, high-value transactions. You'll work across a broad range of matters including M&A, joint ventures, commercial structuring, contract negotiation, and corporate governance. You will be the key advisor to sophisticated business clients and entrepreneurial ventures, delivering practical, commercially focused legal solutions. There is a strong pipeline of work, national collaboration across offices, and mentorship from high-performing Partners.
