Exceptional Legal Professional Required We are seeking a solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience, ideally from a leading law firm or reputable boutique, who is motivated by commercial law and corporate transactions. Key attributes include: Strong drafting skills in M&A agreements and shareholder arrangements Ability to lead and coordinate due diligence exercises Experience with equity capital markets and public M&A transactions Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills Capability to manage client work under partner supervision Initiative, teamwork, and a proactive approach Enthusiasm and a positive influence on team culture The work is international in scope and spans a variety of traditional and emerging industries, offering a unique experience compared with purely domestic practices.
