Description Key Accountabilities Maintain and report container stock levels to ensure accurate tracking and availability Ensure all equipment release requirements are met in a timely manner Arrange empty container transport and execute company container repositioning plans Complete invoicing and cost reporting tasks accurately and on schedule Assist in monitoring and reconciling hire and sales transactions in the system Respond to customer enquiries regarding container availability, pricing, and hire terms Support the sales team by preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, and issuing confirmations Qualifications, Skills and Experience The successful candidate will possess the following: 2-4 years experience in container operations, logistics coordination or supply chain administration Exposure to shipping lines or container depot operations Proven background in customer service Experience in financial tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders and reconciliation Proficiency in MS Excel Clear and professional communication skills Time management and prioritization skills Supporting equality DP World is committed to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
