A Contracts Administrator is sought by a Tier 2 Builder, to work on a $50 million industrial construction project commencing in January. The Opportunity: Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder on industrial construction projects from $30 million to $100 million Paying $150k to $180k package (depending on experience) Working on a $50 million industrial construction project, due to commence in January, with a major ASX blue chip client Reporting to a Project Manager Career progression into project management offered, with a structured development plan Long term permanent opportunity Inner Sydney office based, close to several mainline rail stations The Company: An established Tier 2 Builder T/0 $300 million Top 30 National Builder Reporting to an office based Project Manager Focus on industrial construction projects in the $30 - 100 million range Established client base Modern offices, excellent transport links You will have: A Construction Management Degree or similar Previous contracts administration experience with Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Sydney 4 years minimum post graduate experience sought with a Tier 2 Builder Jobpac and Procure experience preferred, but training offered Experience on industrial or commercial construction projects over $10 million A steady career history and proven contracts administration skills Experience with scope of works and authority to let Strong forecasting experience Technology focused and keen to embrace innovation To apply for this role please email your resume in WORD DOC format to the APPLY NOW Button
