As a Contract Administrator, you will require: A degree in Construction Management or a related field Demonstrated experience as a Contract Administrator with a reputable multi residential construction company Essential : Proven background in high-rise construction projects Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Exposure to projects over $100m This is a standout opportunity for a client-side Contract Administrator to play a key role in delivering some of the Gold Coast’s most iconic residential projects for one of Australia’s premier developer-builders. In this role, you will oversee all contracts with the building contractor and subcontractors, ensuring compliance, value, and smooth project delivery. You’ll work as part of a highly capable commercial team, supported by fellow Contract Administrators and reporting directly to the Senior Contracts Administrator on the project.
