The Project This is a major industrial development in Rydalmere, featuring advanced facilities and large-scale infrastructure. It’s an exciting opportunity to contribute to a project that will shape the future of the region. Your Role As a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator , you’ll work closely with an experienced Commercial leadership team to manage end-to-end contract administration, including: Subcontractor package preparation, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules Progress claims and variations Head and sub-contract management Cost and project reporting via CHEOPS and Aconex (training provided) Risk and opportunity management aligned with head contract requirements What We’re Looking For Experience in contract/commercial management on medium to large built-form projects Industry-relevant degree qualification Familiarity with Contract Law principles and construction-specific Acts, codes, and regulations Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with the ability to drive outcomes autonomously Process and system appreciation What’s in it for You?
