YOUR NEW ROLE Lead the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects on schedule and aligned with goals Review and manage work, variations, and payment submissions with accuracy and efficiency Support project budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial reporting Assist with contract administration, client correspondence, and compliance requirements Oversee tender processes, evaluate bids, and recommend suitable subcontractors Collaborate with planning teams to maintain project timelines and procurement activities Help prepare monthly cost forecasts for trade packages and track project spend WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar Experience working in the Australian Construction Sector, ideally in NSW (preferred) 3–6 years’ experience in contracts administration on projects $30M (commercial or multi-level residential) Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Proactive, adaptable, and able to work with diverse stakeholders NEXT STEP To discuss this opportunity in detail, contact: Erin Power – erin.power@powerstaff.com.au WHY POWERSTAFF?
