The Role: Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will oversee the content strategy and production across digital and traditional channels. Your direct reports will be a Sales Enablement Coordinator and a Marketing Engagement Coordinator. Whilst leading the planning, creation and delivery of engaging marketing content, you will elevate brand presence and drive customer engagement. Duties include: Managing monthly content production and publishing across email marketing, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and other paid, owned and earned channels. Developing and executing monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives, campaigns and business priorities. Designing and producing high-quality marketing materials such as social media graphics, EDMs, flyers, banners and sales brochures, ensuring brand consistency. Managing content performance and analysing digital metrics to optimise engagement, reach and conversions to present to key stakeholders. Supporting campaign planning and execution through Salesforce (Pardot), creating automated email campaigns and landing pages. About You: To be successful in this role, you will bring: Approximately 5 -7 years of marketing or content management experience, ideally within property, residential construction or related industries. Strong understanding of social media strategy, audience engagement and brand storytelling. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), with a keen eye for design and detail. Experience with Salesforce (Pardot) and Meta Business Suite for content and campaign management.
