What you’ll do ·       Partner with clients in the banking and finance sector, shaping solutions that create lasting value. ·       Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through clarity, empathy, and collaboration. ·       Apply your skills as a Business Analyst (requirements, process design, customer journeys) or Project Manager (planning, governance, delivery leadership). ·       Bring structure and calm to complexity, helping clients move forward with confidence. ·       Contribute to Escient’s culture of connection, curiosity, and courageous thinking. What you bring ·       Experience as a BA or PM in banking and finance (consulting experience highly regarded). ·       Strong relationship building and communication skills; you know how to listen, include, and inspire. ·       A track record of guiding teams and stakeholders to shared outcomes. ·       A growth mindset, with the humility to learn and the confidence to share your perspective. ·       Alignment with our values and a passion for making work more human and purposeful.
