The Opportunity We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Construction Resources Manager to take a key leadership role in driving the successful delivery of our field based construction programs. In this position, you’ll lead field operations from both a planning and execution perspective, championing a strong Safety, Quality and Environmental culture across all activities. Partnering with the project teams, you’ll oversee the Construction Supervisors and all field based activities, ensuring high-quality outcomes through effective resource planning, strategic decision making and a strong focus on performance. A major part of your role will be managing and maintaining a reliable supply chain of materials, plant, specialist services and subcontractors, building strong, sustainable relationships that support seamless project delivery. You’ll ensure project requirements are clearly understood, resourced appropriately and delivered efficiently. You will also play a critical role in workforce leadership by maintaining robust resource plans, coordinating field rosters and ensuring all team members are suitably trained and competent to meet program needs. Reporting to the Program Director, this role is central to supporting broader program priorities and aligning operational outcomes with the strategic direction of the business. You’ll Bring: Minimum degree qualifications in Engineering, Science, Business or a related field Substantial industry experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership / management role Proven ability to lead large, diverse and high performing teams which are both site and office based Experience delivering multiple complex projects on time and to scope Strong people leadership, stakeholder engagement and influential communication skills Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities A collaborative approach, with the ability to lead and support in a dynamic team environment Previous experience working in line with enterprise agreements is desirable Our Team At Interflow, we are honest, reliable, competent and respectful.
