You’ll ensure the concession runs smoothly, your team performs at its best, and every customer enjoys a premium experience. Manage daily operations of the concession within Myer Chadstone Lead, coach, and develop Sales Associates to maximise their potential Deliver sales results and support the achievement of KPI targets Oversee merchandising, visual presentation, and brand consistency Collaborate with broader brand teams to execute marketing initiatives Maintain accurate administration, reporting, and stock management processes Foster a positive, collaborative team culture with strong communication The Ideal Candidate: You are polished, professional, and passionate about premium retail. You combine leadership skills with an eye for detail and a results-driven mindset. With strong interpersonal skills, you create a culture where both team and customers feel valued. You’ll Bring: Previous experience in retail or concession management, ideally within fashion Proven ability to deliver strong sales and KPI results A passion for customer service and premium shopping experiences Leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing teams Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with visual merchandising standards and brand presentation What’s In It For You?
