Description The Opportunity Downer’s Energy & Utilities business is seeking a Compliance Advisor to join our Power Projects team. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with competency management systems, supporting training programs, and maintaining plant risk management standards. You will play a key role in delivering effective training administration and compliance monitoring across our projects. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with: Education & Qualifications: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred). Experience: 5 years in a similar compliance or training coordination role within a large, multi-disciplinary organization. Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of competency management systems and training compliance. Ability to develop skills/competency matrices and manage training records. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Personal Attributes: Solutions-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively.
