Job title: Community/NDIS Speech Pathologist for Sydney, NSW Salary: Upto $100,000 (based on experience) travel allowance CPD benefits Location: Multiple locations across Sydney, NSW Roles & Responsibilities: Our client is a leading NDIS provider looking for motivated Speech pathologist to join their growing multidisciplinary team to: Provide assessment and intervention to clients with communication and swallowing difficulties Train carers in communicating effectively with clients, and work assitants/professionals to deliver effective therapeutic outcomes Develop augmentative and alternative communication systems tailored to individual clients needs Develop swallowing intervention and mealtime plans and train carers on effective mealtime management support Benefits: Travel Allowances ( $5000 ) market leading long-term incentives PD Work life balance with flexible arrangement Regular team building activities and social events Ongoing training and support to help you reach your professional goals Graduate Supervision and training from the Speech Pathology Manager (20 years’ clinical experience).
