What You’ll Be Doing: Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, functions and room service Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen workspace Working across different sections and assisting in organising your area Monitoring stock rotation and minimising food wastage Assisting senior chefs in daily operations and service execution Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
