Description Location: Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane About the Role As Commercial Manager, you’ll play a key role in I-MED’s Commercial and Finance Teams, driving revenue performance through end-to-end management of pricing, billing, and revenue assurance initiatives. This role focuses on both front-end and back-end processes, combining practical, hands-on delivery with commercial insight to shape initiatives that make a real impact. What You’ll Do · Drive national pricing and billing initiatives to optimise revenue performance. · Oversee revenue assurance across clinic operations, ensuring compliance with pricing and billing policies. · Manage the accuracy of price lists, billing systems, and key contract billing. · Lead the Accounts Receivable function, embedding technology and innovation to improve process efficiency and collections. · Provide commercial insights to the National Billing Committee and contribute to the development of national pricing frameworks and policies. · Monitor, review and report on team and business performance, implementing action plans to address trends or risks. · Lead and coach and develop the Revenue teams to deliver excellence and foster a positive, results-driven culture. · Collaborate with business unit operations teams to develop and enhance pricing strategies You’ll bring: · A postgraduate qualification in business, commerce, or a related field, with evidence of ongoing professional development. · Demonstrated experience in a commercial leadership role within a medium-to-large organisation, with a strong track record in revenue optimisation Strong commercial and operational acumen, with a track record of delivering revenue growth and performance improvement. · Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. · Proven ability to drive innovation and process improvement. · Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a focus on results and accountability.
