The Company Currently undergoing a significant period of growth and change, this large and growing environmentally conscious waste recycling business has become a national presence in their markets. It is investing in new technologies, capital equipment and business development all across Australia. With a lean and talented executive team, broad role scopes are the norm and this group gets things done - without bureaucracy or excessive process/red tape. The Role Reporting into the CFO, you will be working hand in hand with the senior leadership team. Your key responsibilities will include: Provision of monthly management and board reporting Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management Development of KPI reporting to drive performance improvement Assist with pricing processes and costing comparisons Analytical problem solving and system planning identifying opportunities for improvement Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders Plan and assist in operational efficiencies Providing analysis on impacts to profitability and revenue You have the following qualities & qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Business preferred and a CA/CPA qualification (or progression towards) would be viewed favourably 3 year’s work experience in an analytical role The ability to become an expert in product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels Costing and pricing experience would be valued but overall the ability to put together good, strong financial models will be the most important skill set Professional command of MS-Office (Word and Power Point) and advanced excel skill incl. good handle on large data sets. Preparation of regular and ad hoc analytical reports to enhance business outcomes Why Join?
