Job Description We’re seeking a Commercial Analyst to drive profitability, efficiency, and compliance across our Oceania Power Tools business. As the Process Owner for Rebates and Sales Allowances , you’ll optimise rebate governance, enhance margin realisation, and deliver insights that shape strategic decision-making across the business. This is a high-impact, full-time, permanent role partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver commercial excellence and continuous improvement based at our Clayton Headquarters. Key Responsibilities Rebate & Allowance Management: Own end-to-end rebate and concession processes to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payments and rapid cash collection. Profitability & Pricing Insights: Develop tools, models, and analysis to improve price-to-margin realisation and overall profitability across products and customers. Governance & Compliance: Act as the regional expert for sales governance topics, ensuring adherence to audit and compliance requirements. Reporting & Analysis: Deliver accurate, regular financial and commercial reporting on rebates, sales performance, and contract structures. Process Ownership: Lead the BI@PT Rebate Module and drive system/process improvements for greater transparency and efficiency. Finance Business Partnering: Build strong cross-functional relationships to deliver financial insight and drive decision-making. P&L Management: Monitor divisional profit and loss, providing actionable insights to improve performance. Continuous Improvement: Champion process optimisation through Lean, BPS, or Six Sigma principles. Training & Guidance: Support teams through education on compliance, governance, and process standards.
