Collections Officer / Administrator Full-time hours, casual contract role $35-40/h super Immediate start SE suburbs Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Collections Officer for a 4-month casual contract with an immediate start available. About the role: Collections calls to clients and administrative support to the wider team Work with customers regarding financial assistance and hardship Ensure all work queues, inboxes and administration requirements are processed in a timely manner Supporting Collections team to ensure timely payment of outstanding debts What we're looking for: Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities Proven ability to remain calm in challenging situations Ability to remain sensitive and courteous to customers Previous experience in collections or call centre from a financial services industry If you're interested, please APPLY through the ad immediately.
