Job Description We are seeking for candidate with experience in mental health or allied health clinic administration (highly desirable) who can cover Monday to Wednesday as a minimum . The role can be based at Melbourne VIC, Newcastle NSW or Sydney NSW area. This is a hybrid arrangement - a mixture of working in the office and from home. Responsibilities: Supporting our national team of mental health clinicians to provide exceptional mental health support to individuals and businesses across Australia. Meeting and greeting clients who attend the practice. Answering and making phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner to book and reschedule appointments and maintain waiting lists Referral entry and allocation of service packs. Maintaining client details and appointments in the company’s practice management system Zanda. Collecting and managing client payments, processing Medicare rebates and processing invoices for third party payments Managing medical and business correspondence Actioning clinician requests promptly Completing record keeping tasks for the clinic Other duties consistent with the position where required and/or requested by management.
