Clinical Services Manager Full-Time | Private Hospital | Eastern Suburbs A well-established private hospital in the Eastern Suburbs is seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead clinical operations, support high-quality patient care, and drive key performance outcomes. The Role You will provide strategic and operational leadership across all clinical services, ensuring compliance with standards, strong financial performance, and effective workforce management. This role is supported by the Hospital Director, Allied Health Manager and Visiting Practitioners. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure NSQHS compliance Maintain infection control, safety standards, and equipment readiness Lead and develop clinical staff Manage labour costs and support business planning Build strong relationships with practitioners and referring hospitals Support governance, reporting, and incident management Coordinate training, audits, and quality initiatives About You Experienced clinical leader with strong governance knowledge Skilled communicator with a focus on staff development and patient care Ability to meet operational and financial goals in a hospital environment Experience in rehabilitation - highly regarded This is a senior role with the opportunity to influence service quality, lead a dedicated team, and contribute to the ongoing growth of a respected private hospital.
