Solana Psychology is a trauma-informed private practice in Coburg, Melbourne, seeking reflective, motivated practitioners to join our inclusive, professional team. We specialise in trauma therapies, including EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, relational, and somatic therapies. We are hiring psychologists, EMDR practitioners, and trauma therapists for 2-4 days per week, with flexibility for after-hours or weekend work. We value autonomy and ensuring a good fit between client and therapist. What We Offer: - Flexible working hours and client autonomy - Subcontractor or employee arrangement - Board-approved clinical supervision - Reduced fees for in-house supervision (including Clinical Endorsement SV) - Beautifully furnished therapeutic space - Partial admin support (billings, bookings) - Ongoing client referrals What We Need From You: Desirable: - Full registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, or experience as an EMDR therapist - Eligibility for Medicare services - Level 2 EMDR training and experience with complex cases - Private practice experience preferred but not essential Necessary: - ABN, Public Liability, and Professional Indemnity Insurance (up to $20,000,000) - Current Police Check and Working with Children’s Check - AHPRA registration or EMDR qualification - Availability of 1-4 days per week - Ability to work autonomously and in a team - Strong communication skills - Experience with diverse, complex cases How to Apply: Send your CV and cover letter.
