About your opportunity: In this position you will * Provide effective and efficient management of service in collaboration with the Director of Nursing, clinical and non-clinical staff to facilitate the provision of quality evidence-based care and to utilise skills to backfill leave for DON. * Works closely with the DON to help implement the application of contemporary human resource management principles to ensure that the unit working environment meets legislative standards and Queensland Health policy. * Participates in an on-call roster within the rural and remote services.
