About your role: * Assist the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to implement and monitor the organisation's quality standards, work health and safety policies, procedures and programs and provide clinical governance in the relevant work area. * Promote cooperation, teamwork and understanding in undertaking generalist and/or specialist nursing practices for effective health outcomes. * Provide clinical leadership for professional and clinical practice, education and research in conjunction with the Nurse Unit Manager.
