About your opportunity: * Assist the Nurse Unit Manager/Team Leader to implement and monitor the organisation's quality standards, work health and safety policies, procedures and programs and provide clinical governance in the relevant work area. * Effectively communicate at all levels across the organisation to promote effective team functioning. * Assess the health needs, conduct brief intervention and other prescribed treatment for individuals with alcohol, tobacco and other drug related problems and their families. * Participate in the development, implementation and review of other prevention and treatment services either conducted or supported by AODS.
