We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Lead to provide strong clinical leadership and direct care across headspace Darwin and headspace Palmerston. This role is ideal for an experienced mental health professional who thrives on supporting others to deliver high-quality, youth-friendly and evidence-based care. About the role: As Clinical Lead, you’ll: Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a skilled, multidisciplinary team. Deliver developmentally appropriate, evidence-based interventions to young people with mild to moderate mental health needs. Support quality improvement, service development, and integration across the headspace streams; mental health, physical health, alcohol and other drugs (AOD), and work & study. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence in youth mental health care. You’ll be primarily based at headspace Darwin, working closely with the Clinical Lead at headspace Palmerston. About you: You’ll bring: A tertiary qualification and registration in a relevant discipline (Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Nursing). At least 5 years’ clinical experience, with postgraduate training in evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT). Strong leadership, mentoring, and supervision skills within a multidisciplinary environment. A passion for improving access and cultural safety in youth mental health. Experience working respectfully alongside Aboriginal young people, families, and communities.
