We strive to deliver care as it should be – with people right at the centre About the Role As the Client Relationship Partner, your role is to generate revenue through the sale of Baptcare’s residential products and services to new customers within a designated territory. Working as part of a sales team, this position generates and converts sales leads within their territory into new Baptcare customers by adopting an engagement approach that unearths and delivers customer requirements. This position contributes to the growth of Baptcare’s customer base through recruiting new Residential customers and building positive referral networks in the community. The overall objective is to partner with our customers to provide them with the products and services they need that will enhance their wellbeing and fullness of life in the Baptcare Community they choose to live in. Key Duties Assist customers and their representatives to access and register with My Aged Care (MAC) Maintain a sound understanding of the MAC and ACAT assessment processes for funded care Manage relationships with prospective customers and their nominated representatives Record and track all customer interactions in Salesforce CRM Arrange and conduct professional and empathetic site tours, ensuring all rooms are “sales-ready” Monitor presentation standards of facilities and coordinate rectification of any issues Collaborate with site teams to ensure a seamless and informative tour experience for all walk-ins Identify customer needs - clinical, social, financial and spiritual - and align them with the most suitable Baptcare service Accurately prepare and execute resident agreements and explain key terms to residents and their nominees Build strong referral networks with GPs, hospitals, public health networks and community organisations Develop strategies to grow referral opportunities and maintain an active waitlist Participate in regular site meetings to discuss upcoming admissions and discharges Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aged care funding models, supplements and financial support options Ensure accurate and timely completion of reports, territory records, enquiries and complaint handling Support marketing initiatives, open days, expos and community events Travel between sites as required and participate in ongoing training and development About You You’re a customer-focused professional with experience in sales, relationship management or a similar service-oriented role. While aged care experience is highly desirable , it’s not essential - what matters most is your ability to build trust, connect with people, and guide them through important decisions with empathy and professionalism. You bring proven sales and negotiation skills, strong communication and presentation abilities, and confidence using CRM systems such as Salesforce. A good understanding of the My Aged Care (MAC) process, fees and legislative requirements is an advantage, but training and support will be provided.
