Description About the role The Client Enablement Specialist (CES) role reports to the Lead Client Enablement Manager and is a critical role within the Client Delivery (CD) Team. The role is required to plan, manage and or facilitate the delivery of product solutions and projects initiated either by the Client; and or by MUFG Retirement Solutions, in partnership with the Client. The CES is an important engagement point for all change management activities between the Client Delivery Team, internal MUFG Retirement Solutions delivery teams, and Client. The role therefore requires strong relationship management and thought leadership skills, combined with an ability to work collaboratively a range of stakeholders to solve complex problems that deliver innovative and effective solutions and outcomes. Location - Melbourne or Parramatta based | 12 months fixed term contract role In this role you will be responsible and accountable to: Work with the Client Delivery Executive (CDE), Lead Client Enablement Manager (CEM) and broader CD team to identify, develop and convert the Client’s strategic objectives into products, solutions, and projects. Contribute to the design and development of high quality, integrated product and project solutions that meet both client expectations and MUFG Retirement Solutions requirements. Support the Lead Client Enablement Manager with the management of the Client delivery portfolio, including pipeline, estimations, dependencies, and related financial governance. Validate financials and forecasts. Assist with project management oversight / assurance and issue resolution. Attend internal and external steering committees related to project delivery, where required. Ensure Client requirements are considered for all Client related changes and contractual obligations are met. Manage Client pipeline through portfolio reporting and active exploration of opportunities and present project solutions to clients and internally at an executive level. Consult to the Project Delivery teams through Execution Phase to ensure project issues are brought to a successful resolution. Serve as escalation point for clients to ensure high quality deliverables, solutions, and client management on projects. Present and walkthrough the proposed project solution with key project stakeholders involved with estimating and quoting. Act as an advocate for the client by influencing to achieve client outcomes with internal stakeholders and drive accountability within all areas of the business to deliver the required results. Work closely with the client through the initiation, feasibility, and planning phases of a project to ensure positive client engagement and change management, and the project / solution is fit for purpose. Work closely with Product Manager(s) to identify and scope new product opportunities and with IT Solution Consultants & Architects to ensure cohesive solution design. Ensure compliance with APRA, ASIC regulations and SIS requirements, while fostering a proactive risk and compliance culture What you bring to be successful in the role: 5 years’ project methodology experience, with a track record of managing complex initiatives. 5 years in wealth management or superannuation, with strong knowledge of fund administration operations. Advanced technical understanding of fund administration platforms and complexities of integration within Strong experience engaging clients in a project capacity, with ability to influence and present at executive levels.
