We want you: Haynes is currently seeking Civil Labourers to join our client's team on a solar farm project based in Merriwa, NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the renewable energy sector and contribute to a large-scale solar installation. Key Responsibilities: Perform general labouring duties including manual handling and site cleanup Unload, distribute, and position solar panels and racking components Assist with installation of solar mounting systems and module placement Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Support equipment operators and electrical teams Follow all safety procedures and site rules Report hazards, near misses, and incidents Participate in pre-start meetings and toolbox talks To be successful, you will have: White Card - Mandatory Driver's Licence and reliable transport - Mandatory Previous experience in civil, construction, or renewable energy projects (desirable) Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Tickets such as forklift, EWP, or telehandler (advantageous but not essential) At Haynes, we keep things simple: We back the talent of our people and land the jobs that best suit their needs.
