The Kind of Wave-Maker We’re After We’re seeking a volunteer team member who: Is enthusiastic about beach safety and public service Thrives in team environments and dynamic conditions Is committed to professionalism and community impact Holds relevant qualifications and VIC Working with Children Check (Employee) Relevant qualifications in mental health or related fields. Experience in providing support during critical incidents or managing welfare programs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in collaborating with emergency services and community organisations. Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion. Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and reports. Strong leadership and coordination capabilities. Experience working in a member-based environment, and/or within a member-driven service delivery model. Strong relationship management skills.
