The Chief Financial Officer will be a detail-oriented, strategic, and commercial professional who brings strong rigour, structure, and financial discipline to the business. The role requires someone who can influence and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including partners on remuneration structures and banks on lending rates and facilities, while providing strategic insight and operational oversight across the firm's financial function. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the firms' objectives and industry trends. Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clearly communicating financial performance, forecasts, and progress on strategic initiatives. Identify risks and opportunities, implementing proactive strategies to mitigate financial and operational risks. Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and excellence. Provide strong financial partnering and planning expertise to support business decisions and growth. Key Requirements 15-20 years' experience in accounting and finance, including at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role within professional services. Proven track record in strategic financial management, business partnering, and commercial decision-making. Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
