About the Role As CFO, you’ll be a strategic partner to the CEO, COO, and Partners, leading financial governance, performance, and planning. You’ll oversee budgeting, reporting, treasury, and risk management, while guiding a high‑performing finance team and contributing to firm‑wide growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Drive financial strategy and commercial insights to support decision‑making Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit obligations Manage cash flow, capital planning, and funding Champion process improvement and systems efficiency Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders About You CA or CPA qualified (FCA/FCPA preferred) 10 years in senior financial leadership, ideally in professional services and multi‑entity environments Proven ability to lead teams and partner with CEO, COO and Management Committee Strong technical accounting, governance, and commercial acumen Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder skills What We Offer Competitive remuneration and benefits Opportunities for professional growth and impact Ready to shape the future of financial leadership at Prosperity?
