The Northern Football Netball League is seeking a CEO to lead one of Melbourne’s most vibrant community sporting organisations. With 450 teams, 10,000 players, and 430 umpires , NFNL delivers safe, inclusive, and professional football and netball competitions — and we’re more than a league, we’re a community . What You’ll Do Lead and inspire a dedicated team of staff, officials, and volunteers. Shape and deliver the League’s strategic vision for growth and excellence. Build strong partnerships with clubs, AFL Victoria, Netball Victoria, government, sponsors, and community stakeholders. Ensure top-tier governance, financial stewardship, and operational performance. Champion pathways for players, coaches, umpires, and volunteers. About You Proven track record in strategic leadership, people management, and business growth. Strong understanding of community sport, governance, and financial oversight. Exceptional communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder. Passionate about inclusion, participation, and volunteer engagement. Collaborative, transparent, and results-driven. Desirable Experience in football or netball governance, community engagement, or peak sporting organisations.
