Job Description As Chief Concierge, you will be the face of our hotel’s guest experience, anticipating needs, creating memorable stays, and setting the standard for personalised service. You will oversee the daily operations of the Concierge desk, lead and mentor a passionate team, and collaborate closely with all departments to ensure seamless guest satisfaction. Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing Concierge team dedicated to exceptional guest service. Provide personalised recommendations and craft bespoke itineraries, reservations, and local experiences. Maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and local service providers. Manage logistics such as transportation, special requests, luggage handling, VIP arrangements, and guest communications. Ensure smooth coordination between Front Desk, Bell Desk, and other operational departments. Uphold brand standards while continuously enhancing service quality and guest engagement. Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-driven approach.
