The Chief Cardiac Technologist leads all cardiac diagnostic services, with emphasis on electrophysiology. The role ensures high standard patient care, develops operational protocols, performs clinical duties, coordinates patient care, manages the unit, and leads cardiac technologists. Ideal Candidate Relevant qualifications or equivalent, extensive experience in cardiac diagnostic and electrophysiology services. Excellent clinical reasoning skills for cardiac and electrophysiology procedures. Experience in service development, implementing protocols and procedures for cardiac diagnostic and electrophysiology services. Ability to mentor and support technologists and technicians, with strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
