Allegria Cafe , located at 68 Constellation Drive, Ocean Reef WA 6027 , is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a full-service restaurant known for its welcoming atmosphere and quality dining experience. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, season, and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications. • Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet established standards. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas. • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. • Assist in planning menus and estimating food requirements. • Supervise and train kitchen staff as needed. • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies. About you: • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen. • Sound knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
