F Acciarello & L Casmiri , located in Callala Beach NSW 2540, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to menu standards. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Monitor food quality and portion control. Assist in menu planning and stock management. Work effectively as part of a team to deliver consistent service. About you: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Chef or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
