CHEF DE PARTIE | up to $85k | 4 Day week JRM is currently seeking industry professionals to join this high volume, fast paced venue in Sydneys West. Great environment and benefits. Operate within a structured, professional environment with strong culinary systems. Manage your section and support the Sous and Head Chefs in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes. Maintain strict adherence to HACCP and food safety standards Rotating roster including evenings and weekends. About You Previous experience at a minimum Chef de Partie in a busy, high-volume venue.
