The Perks Competitive salary of up to $120k base incentives Work directly with a major developer on high-profile projects- HUGE pipeline of new projects still to launch Modern display suites and high-quality sales environments Career development and ongoing training opportunities Opportunities to build deep industry relationships with channel partners, agents and project teams Participate in exclusive sales events, launches and VIP functions A role that offers variety, autonomy and a high degree of trust The Position This role would essentially be that of a Relationship Manager, managing the external agent relationships and driving sales: Build and manage strong relationships with Channel Agents while representing the company's best interests Conduct sales presentations, provide collateral, and support structured sales processes and display suite standards Maintain accurate CRM records, documentation, amendments, and customer communications Conduct market research and report on trends to improve selling strategies and channel performance Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Administration and Management to ensure a cohesive customer journey Train, support and develop Channel Agent partners, including updates on incentives and product knowledge Coordinate agency agreements, ensure compliance with advertising policies, and conduct spot audits Manage stock levels, assist with administration, event coordination and sales appointment support Execute pre-launch and sales phase strategies, including channel engagement, sales events, pricing accuracy and communication flow Support construction through to settlement phases by coordinating updates, PSIs, valuations, finance approvals and identifying settlement risks The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Channel Manager will have: NSW Assistant Agent or Real Estate Licence Sales or channel experience (property preferred) Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills Highly organised, proactive and customer-focused Tech savvy with solid CRM and MS Office skills Flexibility to work weekends/evenings when required Apply in Strict Confidence Submit your CV by hitting APPLY NOW or contact: Bianca Piras Email: bianca@p3recruitment.com.au Mobile: 0434 376 835 For a quicker response, please text or call.
