An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practice Manager to join a growing boutique law firm based in the Sydney CBD. This newly created role will see you working closely with the Business Director to lead a small administration team, streamline internal processes, and drive operational improvements across the business. You’ll play a key part in shaping the way the firm operates day to day, supporting future growth and ensuring the smooth delivery of quality client service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a small team of administration professionals; Oversee operational and administrative functions across multiple offices; Review and improve systems and processes to drive efficiency; Assist with budgeting, reporting, and compliance activities; Support onboarding of new team members and implement operational improvements; and Drive adoption of technology and digital tools across the firm. About You: Proven experience in a practice management or operations role, ideally within legal or professional services; Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team; Highly organised with strong attention to detail; Clear and confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; and Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with change and ambiguity.
