Centre Leader (Practice Manager) – Pacific Smiles Narre Warren Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Leadership Role in a Modern Dental Centre Lead, support, and grow a team that makes a difference every day. You’ll lead your team to deliver an exceptional patient experience, ensure smooth daily operations, and help your dentists focus on providing quality care. You’ll: Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding patient care Manage daily operations including rosters, patient flow, and centre presentation Partner with dentists to support efficient, high-quality service delivery Ensure compliance with all operational and clinical standards Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Work closely with your Regional Manager to achieve business and team goals This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys people leadership, operational excellence, and making a real difference every day. About You You’re approachable, organised, and love bringing out the best in your team. You lead by example, take pride in your centre, and thrive in a busy, people-focused environment. You’ll bring: Experience in dental or healthcare operations – as a Practice Manager, Senior DA, or Team Leader Strong leadership and communication skills with a coaching mindset Confidence managing the day-to-day operations of a busy centre Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and initiative A proactive, solutions-focused approach A genuine passion for teamwork and patient care Why Join Pacific Smiles?
