About the Role MSS Security is seeking professional and dedicated casual Courts Security Officers to join our team in the Newcastle region. This is a casual position providing you with ample opportunities for career growth within one of Australia's leading security companies. As a key member of our team, you will provide a strong and professional security presence across court facilities, ensuring the safety and smooth operation of all personnel and visitors. You will be working in a high-profile environment where integrity, discretion, and customer service are paramount. Key Responsibilities Monitor access points and CCTV systems to ensure site security Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, inquiries, and emergencies Escort and direct court visitors, contractors, and staff Conduct regular foot patrols within court precincts Manage visitor sign-in processes and maintain accurate registers Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, legal professionals, and members of the public Maintain high levels of situational awareness and professionalism at all times What We’re Looking For Current NSW Security Licence and Certificate II in Security Operations Current First Aid & CPR certification Current WWCC Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A high level of integrity, reliability, and sound judgement Master Licence Number: 408742075 How to apply MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
