As a Carpenter at DS Reo Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for performing high-quality carpentry work on construction projects. This position requires attention to detail and strong technical skills. Responsibilities and Tasks: Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine materials required and dimensions of structure or fixture to be fabricated. Cut, shape, and assemble timber and other materials to construct frameworks for buildings. Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim, using hand and power tools. Examine structures and materials for defects and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Collaborate with construction teams and supervisors to meet project deadlines and specifications. Operate a variety of carpentry tools and machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Measure, mark, and arrange materials following layout designs. Repair existing frameworks and structures, replacing damaged or deteriorated components. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualification. Minimum 1 year experience as a Carpenter. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and construction methods. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $85,000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
